Although we have a huge team, we cannot promise to send over the same employee for your property all the time. The best way to ensure that we send the same employees to your property every time is to book your schedule at least two (2) weeks in advance and to let our team know that you are requesting for a specific employee.

No. As long as you provide our team with a way to enter your property, then there is no need for you to be there while our team is at work. However, if you are more comfortable being at the property while our team does their job, then you are also very much welcome to stay and observe.

At Royal Cleaning Services, we both offer one-time cleaning services as well as monthly maintenance services. Although these things may vary from case to case, we highly suggest that you avail of our monthly maintenance services to ensure that your property is visited regularly by our team of professionals.
